Parc Monceau

A small park in the 8eme where there are always runners on the 0.65 mile (1.05 KM) loop which is run counter clockwise.

I started and finished exactly by the garbage cans yet the GPS has slightly different finish which is well within the margin of error.

Vincennes Bike Training Circuit

Vincennes Lap and Download Vincennes Loop is a 1.95 mile (3.14 KM) loop in the Bois de Vincennes.

No matter the day or time, there always seems to be individuals biking around it.  Usually in a large peleton.  Nonetheless, it is excellent if you only have a short time to train or need to do some interval training.

Île de Puteaux (Track)

For the Thursday track sessions as well as the Sunday brick sessions, we run around the track on Île de Puteaux.  The track was resurfaced in late 2009 so it is really nice and spongy.

Hippodrome de Longchamp Training Circuit

Hippodrome de Longchamp and Download Hippodrome de Longchampis a 2.2 mile (3.54 KM) loop around l'hippodrome de Longchamp in the Bois de Boulogne.

No matter the day or time, there always seems to be individuals biking around it.  Usually in a large peleton.  Nonetheless, it is excellent if you only have a short time to train or need to do some interval training.

Chevreuse (D13) Training Ride

Chevreuse and Download Chevreuse (D13) is a slightly shorter ride than our standard Dampierre ride thus almost everything is the same.  Instead of going straight on the D906 to Dampierre, we, instead, take a right onto the D13 and eventually meet up with the D91 again at the roundabout after the hill which saves 2 miles but not any climbing.

GPS distance is 39.02 miles (62.79 KM).

There is a total of 3,055 feet (931 meters) of climbing.*

*According to the data, this ride has more climbing than the standard Dampierre ride which doesn't seem correct thus may be due to weather conditions which affect the GPS.

Dampierre (Fôret Domaniale de Meudon) Training Ride

Fôret Domaniale de Meudon has a different approach to Dampierre with a great hill (551 feet) in Meudon.  Once in Versailles/Buc, we meet the standard training route.

Due to 3 flat tires (wasn't my best day), there is a couple of hiccups in the track.

GPS distance is 43.59 miles (70.18 KM).

There is a total of 2,971 feet (906 meters) of climbing.
